Amansie Nsroma Events & Lodging Policies

1. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. For lodging: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For events: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification

Valid photo identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license) is required at check-in for all guests.

4. Occupancy

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges. Maximum room occupancy limits must be observed as per fire safety regulations.

5. Children Policy

Children under 12 years of age stay free when using existing bedding. Cribs and extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6. Pet

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation.

7. Smoking

Our facility is non-smoking. A cleaning fee of Two Hundred Ghana cedis (GHC 200.00) will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.

8. Noise and Smoking

Guests and event attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and non-disruptive manner. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The center reserves the right to evict any guest or attendee causing disturbances or damage to property.

9. Damage to Property

Guests and event organizers are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay or event. Costs for repair or replacement of damaged items will be charged to the responsible party’s account.

10. Event Guidelines

All events must conclude by 11:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made. Alcoholic beverages are permitted only with prior approval and must be served by licensed bartenders. Event organizers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and adhering to local regulations.

11. Use of Facilities

Guests and event attendees are required to follow all rules and regulations regarding the use of center facilities. Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

12. Safety and Security

For the safety and security of all guests and attendees, security cameras are in operation in public areas. Guests should ensure that their rooms are securely locked when unoccupied.

13. Privacy

The center respects the privacy of its guests and complies with applicable data protection laws.

14. Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, guests and event attendees should follow the instructions provided by staff and emergency personnel.

15. Compliance with Laws

Guests and event organizers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws during their stay or event.

16. Liability

The center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests and attendees are encouraged to secure their belongings.

17. Change to Policies

The center reserves the right to change these policies at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be available at the front desk and on the center’s website.
